For all non-emergency repair issues all requests must be in writing. Once Prime Property Management is in receipt of communication, we will respond within 3 business days.
For a true emergency first call 911 and when the problem is stabilized then contact Prime Property Management. For all urgent non-life threatening issues such as water leaks, no electricity, no gas, no hot water, no temperature control during extreme weather, etc., please call the office at 801-627-1132.
