  • Property showings by trained Property Managers with early, late, and weekend appointments
  • Tenant screenings
    • Application, credit & background check, income verification, past rental/housing references, and job verification
  • Execution of attorney-generated lease agreement
  • Pre-move-in inspection with detailed photos and written report to document condition upon tenant move-in

  • Optional general property inspections while tenants have occupancy (recommended at 4x per year) to reduce the risk of damage and lease violations
  • Property inspections, as needed. These are done as a part of your management fee and followed up on as many times as needed until any concerns are resolved:
    • Maintain lease compliance

    • Suspected neglect or damage

  • We offer full property inspections by a certified building inspector as requested
  • Move-in & move-out inspections with detailed photos and written reports to document property condition, enabling us to hold tenants accountable upon move-out
  • Property condition reports completed by tenants to provide written confirmation of the property condition
  • Upon move-out, the property is returned to PPM standards for cleaning and maintenance, holding tenants accountable for tenant-created damages based on the move-in photos and reports.
